The title derives from the term “hedonistic tasting” coined by the legendary Burgundian vigneron, Henri Jayer, who believed that wine was not just a beverage, but a source of pleasure.
Each week, The Hedonistic Taster showcases a different artisan wine – wines usually crafted in small lots, often sourced from single vineyards and unique terroir, always compelling on the palate.
