Taurasi’s Promiscuous Agriculture, Translated

Now available in Orticalab:

My article in db on Taurasi, translated

I’m honored to share Italian wine journalist Marie Fioretti’s translation in OrticaLab of my original article about  Taurasi’s sustainable ancient practice of  ‘promiscuous agriculture’ for The Drinks Business.

Taurasi’s centuries-old, multi-layered farming methods promote biodiversity, yielding healthier, more resilient vineyards.

As the translation explains: “…LM Archer investigates the agricultural model of Taurasi, where viticulture coexists with olive trees, cereals and orchards….”

Turns out Taurasi’s old school vine tending proves the perfect antidote to today’s climate change.
